At Official Charms, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your charms and fashion accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
